She was predeceased by: her parents, George Perry and Hazel Perry; her husband Charley; and her siblings, La Verne and George.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tami Canale and Lianne Titus; her grandchildren, Mercedes, Michele and Nikolus; and her great grandchild Kortana.
