She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Hayes and Alice Hayes; her husband Dean Cussins; her son James Cussins; and her granddaughter Kylea Jo Gehring.
She is survived by: her sister Nila (Leo); her children, Garner of Brigham, UT and Sue Bass (Mike) of Nampa, ID; her brother Joe Hayes (Thelma) of Nampa, ID; and her children, Martin Luttrell (Nita) of Melba, ID, Lindy Maynard of Melba, ID, Mike Cussins (Pat) of Caldwell, ID, Randy Cussins (Kari) of Melba, ID and Russ Cussins (Lilli) of Boise, ID. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
