“Dee, & family. My deepest sympathy to you. I never met you but I did work with Chuck during his deputy patrol days. I was a 911 dispatcher. Chuck was an awesome deputy. He would often come by night shift, when he heard in my voice ( that I worked a double shift ( tired) He would bring all of us dispatchers coffee from Lyons. Or he would call me & say Bertha, keep an extra eye on Ray P & me, both of us haven’t had much sleep. He was a very kind man. Should you ever need something from Slns, B.”
