He is survived by: his former wife Debbie Fisk; his daughter Annie Garner (Aaron); his siblings, Steven Brown (Jeannie) of Thermopolis, WY, Thomas Brown (Erin) and Emily Miller (Robert) of Caldwell; his stepson Casey Cardenas; his stepparents, Calise Cardenas and San Francisco; his grandchildren, Amelia, Ace and Axel Garner; and his stepgrandchildren, Julian, Piper and Esmae Cardenas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
