With sadness, we share the passing of Dean Batt Cleverly in Nampa, Idaho. Dean, born on July 19, 1949, passed away on September 6, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Dean for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. While he will be deeply missed, the influence he had on the lives around him remains. Viewing was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the 20th Ward Church (102 E 1400 S, Bountiful, UT 84010). Those road trips added up over a lifetime: Dean eventually visited all 50 US states, finally checking off Maine in 2024, and, with Claudia, six of the seven continents (only Australia remained, a trip they had been planning before the pandemic closed the door).
