He is survived by: his sons, Doug Howard (Meryn) of San Tan, Arizona, Sean Howard (Kathryn) of Omaha, Nebraska and Scott Howard of Nampa, Idaho; and his brothers, Ron Howard and Roy Howard. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren.
