She is survived by: her mother Ruth Cleveland; her former husband Leland McDaniel; her sons, Don and Brian McDaniel; her husband Neal Farnworth; her son Austin Farnworth; her sister Sherry Lewis; her niece Cassie; her nephew Tyler Lewis; her great-niece Nariah Bailey-Koch; her great-nephew Roman Gallinger (Nova Wallis); her close friends, Don, Kristen McDaniel, Brian McDaniel, Renae Lackey, Austin and Lisa Farnworth; her grandchildren, Jazmin, Zakery, Seth McDaniel, Memphis, Madison Farnworth and Ethan Holland; her great grandchildren, Jordann and Jaxtenn Greenwalt; her sister-in-law Debbie Lawlis; her niece Angie Palmer; her nephews, Jason, Raymond and David Lawlis; and her siblings-in-law, Lori Duncan and James McDaniel.
