He was predeceased by: his parents, Inez McNeil and Robert McNeil. He is survived by: his wife Joann; his son Jeff McNeil; and his grandchildren, JJ and Jazmine.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 1:45 PM at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery (10100 N Horseshoe Bend Rd, Boise, ID 83714). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
