She was predeceased by: her mother Evelyn. She is survived by: her sons, Tim A. Tarter (Phoenix) of Eagle, ID and Dan A. Tarter of Enid, OK; and her friend Patty Tiegs. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
