He is survived by: his former wives, Sondra Carlson and Sheryl Blake; his children, Dwayne Salisbury (Kendalee) of Emmett, Tammie Rose of Caldwell and Anne-Marie Amen (Jake) of Missouri; his grandchildren, Timothy Amen, Tyler Rose, Haylee, Andrew Onofrei, Navi Salisbury and Robi Salisbury; his great grandchildren, Noah Rose, Emerson Rose and River Onofrei; and his sisters, Marium Godsey, Marie Lynkey and Clara Beth Jorgenson.
