He is survived by: his wife Lavada Moldenhauer; his brother Arnie Moldenhauer (Judie) of Springfield, Missouri; his daughter Sharene Campbell of Middleton; his grandchildren, Braden and Ashley; his stepsons, Eric Gipe (Bristi) of Sulphur and Andrew Gipe (Diana); and his stepgrandchildren, Lilyana, Gianna and Elsie of Troy, Michigan..
