He was predeceased by: his parents, Chris Frank and Irene Frank; and his brothers, Roger, Virgil and Eldon.
He is survived by: his wife Charla; his children, JoAnn (David) and Kevin (Wendy); and his grandchildren, Jason, Holly (Jake), Alissa (David) and Emily. He is also survived by his 9 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
