He is survived by: his friend Ken "Coop" Cooper; his former wife Debbie; his daughter Stephanie; his former wife Georgia Meyers; his son Dusty; his former wife Liz Pitkin; his sons, Casey (Ashley) and Daniel (Marah); his grandchildren, Rylee, Aubree, Dixie, Alena and Thoren; his son Jake; his grandson Everett; his pet Chomper; and his siblings, Liz (Bill), Barb (Mike) and Don (Angie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
