He was predeceased by: his parents, John Raymond Herzog and Willora Roberteen Kerr; his sister Shellie Larios; and his grandson Shane Michael Herzog. He is survived by: his wife Merrillyn Day; and his children, Maxine (Robert), John, Lynette (Joshua), Lynn and Mandee (Travis). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
