He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Max Allen and Louann Allen Bindrup; and his nephew Marquel Williams. He is survived by: his son Christopher Max Allen; his wife Candice M. Allen; and his siblings, Andrea, Amber Allen, Jory Allen, Heatherlyn Allen and Aaron Allen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and a long list of beloved friends, co-workers, and nurses.
