He is survived by: his wife Filomena Mendoza; his children, Frances Vance (Ray), Edward Scott, Angela Tarver (Lito Mason) and Michelle Caddell (Mike Groff); his grandchildren, Christopher Vance (Delana), Amanda Benbrook (Jayson), Joseph Scott, Elizabeth and Jay R Farrand Nichelle Peters (Quincy); his great grandchildren, Jayden, Makayla Benbrook, Brolin and Ivan Vance; his siblings, Cecelia Benoit, Monte Richardson (Cindy) and Debra Ragsdale (Butch); and his caregiver Margret. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
