He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Holbrook and Juanita Holbrook; and his brother Gerry. He is survived by: his children, Shelly Caldwell (Robert) and Jason (Maria); his granddaughters, Shayne Garcia, Cassidy, Xanti, Angelena Holbrook and Abigail Caldwell; and his sister Diane Ford (John).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
