He was predeceased by: his parents, Alwin Neumann and Amelia Neumann of Yonkers; and his sisters, Barbara Cole and Doris Brue. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Whipple of Mt. Hope, NY.; his children, Michelle McUmber (Eric) of Meridian, Idaho, Mark Neumann (Angela) of Horseheads and Scott Neumann of Vista, California; his grandchildren, Brooklyn Neumann, River McUmber, Trey McUmber and Connor Neumann; and his aunt Celine McCourtney. He is also survived by three children into their family, and loved being parents.
