He is survived by: his child Dana R Wade (Mills); his wife Symone; his children, Denice Wade of Atlanta, GA and Jeff Wade of Nampa, Idaho; his stepdaughters, Kasey Weinstein and Raven Whiteford (Gabe) of Nampa, Idaho; his siblings, Roberta Belk (Barb) of North Carolina, Marilyn Naillon of Caldwell, Lynne Lent (Lee) of Caldwell, Idaho, Rick (Jan) of Meridian, Chuck (Joanne) of Yuma and Dempsey of Caldwell; and his grandchildren, Decklin, Elena Marie "Ellie", Isaac "Sonic" of Mountain Home, Orion and Avonlea of Nampa.
