He is survived by: his significant other Jeanette Karen Beisly (Munster); his children, Micheala, Jr., Bradan Moore, Tanner, Mia Karren and Jennifer (Rob Marz); his grandsons, Levi, Nathan and Matthew; his son Jason (Kaci Beisly); his grandchildren, Savanah and Siennah; and his siblings, Edward (Edwina Beisly) and ErmaJean Arnold.
