He is survived by: his wife Jan Cowger; his children, Shelley Cowger, Stacey Noffz (Steve) and Rob Cowger (Tara); his grandchildren, Tylor Noffz, Haley Noffz (Caleb), Gabi Cowger, Ben Cowger and Heath Waterman; his great grandchild Olivia; his sisters-in-law, Billie McDonald and Bonnie Zanazzo (Carol); and his caregiver Joyce.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cloverdale Funeral Home (1100 N Cloverdale Rd, Boise, ID 83713-7805). A reception will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cloverdale Funeral Home (1200 N Cloverdale Rd, Boise, ID 83713).
