WILLIAM BRUCE YOUNG Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of WILLIAM BRUCE YOUNG (Nampa, Idaho), who passed away on October 19, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, William Young and Erma Mitchell Young, and brother, Don Young.
He is survived by : his wife Cathy Young, son : Gene Young (Elaine) daughter : Tina Webb.
As he went by Bruce, he made friends wherever he went. He spent a 25+ year career working at Skaggs Drug. During that time, he was transferred to several states including Montana, Idaho, South Dakota, Utah, and Neveda. Bruce also enlisted in the Marine Corp after graduating from high school.
He was a member of the Masons. He enjoyed hunting/shooting, wood carving, and painting. He will be missed, as a husband and father, and friend.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 28th 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH (2262 Hiland Ave Burley Idaho 83318).
