He is survived by: his children, Shirley of Saint Francis Ville, LA, Elaine (David Burdine) of Wilder, Idaho, Helen (Benny Stone) of Ashton Idaho, Wayne Bayes (Lisa) of Wilder, Idaho, Joseph Bayes (Laura) of Nyssa, Oregon, Sarah (Kevin Nesbitt) of Emmett, Idaho, Ruth (Matthew Mitchell) of Homer Alaska, Hannah (Wayne McCausey) of Ashton, Idaho, Jeff Bayes of Emmett, Idaho, Simon (Christy) of Adrian, Oregon, Nathan Bayes (Ladawn) of Adrian, Oregon, Caleb Bayes (Anna) of Fruitland, Idaho, Johnathan Bayes (Anna) of Adrian, Oregon, Hope (Richard Jordan) of Parma, Idaho, Noah Bayes of Sweet, Idaho and Elizabeth (Joseph Witty) of Adrian, Oregon.; and his brother David Bayes of Parma. He is also survived by 51 grandchildren and 61 great grandchildren.
