He was predeceased by: his wife Carol D. Primm; and his parents, Belva Bird Primm and James Arby Primm. He is survived by: his former spouse Lavon Bell; his daughter Sandy Primm Devore; his siblings, Jimmy Primm and Anna Marie Ratliff (John); his children, Marie Payne, Marjie Kay Primm, Mike Primm, David Primm, Sherry Benson and Kathy Larsen; and his children-in-law, Randall Benson, Valdene Larsen, Ruth Primm and Crystal Primm.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Arimo Cemetery.
