He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Fuqua and Wilma Fuqua. He is survived by: his siblings, Elsie Eskew (Wayne) of Caldwell, Jim Fuqua (Rexina) of Twin Falls, Linda Fuqua of Baltimore, Maryland and Sharlene Nickel.
