She was predeceased by: her husband Clint; her parents, Sanford Fulmer and Loretta Hostetler (Clinton Hutchins Jr.); her brothers, Glen Hostetler and Gerald Cline; her siblings-in-law, Richard Monroe, Janie Hutchins-Clift, Sterling Hutchins Sr. and Shirley Hutchins; her nephews, JC Cline and Sterling Rodney "Bounce" Hutchins, Jr.; and her niece Rhonda Churchill.
She is survived by: her daughter Sandy Akre (Dean); her siblings, Gary Fulmer and Marilyn Basgall; her siblings-in-law, John Hutchins, Jennie Monroe and Naomi Chisam; her grandchildren, Reuben Akre (Sydney) and Rachel Simpkins (Alex); and her great grandchildren, Clinton and Asher. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
