He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry Goodwin, Sr. and Louise Ora Goodwin (Clark); and his daughter Angie Spangler. He is survived by: his wife Joan Marie DeSoto of Osburn, ID; his daughter Tammy Hamilton (Roger) of Pinehurst, ID; and his stepdaughter Joan Marie Kelly (Kaleb) of Granite Falls, WA. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren.
