He was predeceased by: his mother Janyce Lorraine Birt Smith. He is survived by: his father Richard Dale Smith (Alice); his wife Sharon Anne Breitenstein; his children, Tiara, Larissa (Brian Armacost), Kenyon (Dorothy), Heidi Meibos (Joshua), Jalaire, Jaime and Katelynn; his grandchildren, Florence, Walter and Ian; and his siblings, Lareena Goertz (Khevron), Lynette, Grant (Shirley) and Laurel. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
