He was predeceased by : his parents, Don Carlos Parker and Susie Belle Marlow Parker; his siblings, Jeannine Parker, Marilyn Parker Mackey, Carlos Parker, Elden Parker and Luella Parker Smith; his grandchildren, Sydney Reed Parker and John Albert Calkins; and his great grandchild Hailey Janelle Isaak.
He is survived by : his wife Marilyn Kay Waite of La Grande; and his children, Lisa Isaak (Jeff) of Eagle, Greg (Dara) of Kuna, Jeff of Parma, Randy (Lynette) of Nampa, Jennifer Taylor (Tyson) of Ammon, Melissa Knox (Matt) of Boise, Adam (Tanya) of Saratoga Springs, Amy Calkins (Chad) of Centennial and Steven (Kayla) of Boise, Idaho. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
