He was predeceased by : his parents, William Marvin Grimm and Ruby Venus Hall Grimm; his wife Mary Gayle Grimm; his sister Anita Ostler (Randy); his son Dale Grimm; and his granddaughter Savannah Grimm.

He is survived by : his brother Chet Grimm (Paula); his children, Marita Wight (Jay) and Kyle Grimm (Juanita); his daughter-in-law Becky Grimm; and his daughters, Kathy Rodriguez (Rafeal) and Tamra Mapes (Timothy). He is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
