He was predeceased by: his brother Alfredo M. Reyes; his parents, Manuel Reyes and Raquel Reyes; and his brothers, Manuel and Juan "Cheeta" Reyes.

He is survived by: his sons, Alex Reyes of Apple Valley and Manuel Reyes (Anna) of Kailua, Hawaii.; his grandchildren, Christopher, Alexandra, Julian, David, Elora, Bryce, Iycis, Sophia and Manuel Jr.; his great grandchild Daniella; and his siblings, Alberto, Jesus, Ramon "Tony", Cuca, Martha, Rosa, Lupe and Eva.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Schaffer-Jensen Memorial Chapel.
