He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Billy" Woody and Elaine Woody (Bingham). He is survived by: his wife Sherry Woody of Pinehurst, ID; his sons, Kevin Woody (Angelina) of Missoula, MT and Jason Woody (Nikki) of Pinehurst, ID; his grandchildren, Samantha Woody, Kendra Woody, Mackenzie Bolle-Woody (Corey), Rylie Woody, Justin Woody and Lindsey Woody; his great grandchild Haisley Bolle; his sister Mardell Ackerman (Dave) of Rathdrum, ID; and his brother-in-law Dick Lilienkamp of Wallace, ID.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

At Gary's request, no formal services will be held and donations in his memory may be made to Shoshone Pet Rescue.
