He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiland Stemm and Julia Stemm (Milesi); his wife Noreen Ross; his grandson Corey Burkgart; and his close friend Vern Kitchen.
He is survived by: his children, Keri Sonnabend (Joe) of Ephrata, Washington, Kelli Byers (Don) of Lewistown, Montana, Jerry Stemm (Tammy) of Hauser, Idaho, Bobbie Jo Donnenwirth (Chuck) of Rose Lake, Idaho, Cindy Burkgart (Bert) of Kingston, Idaho and Craig Ross (Carla) of Pinehurst, Idaho.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
