She is survived by: her mother Louise Evans; her husband Joseph Sherrod; her children, Nicole Sherrod, Abram Sherrod and Christopher Sherrod; her siblings, Jimmie Smith, Margaret Evans, Lavonna Shelton, Hayward Evans, Hazel Evans and Henry Evans; and her grandsons, Tyson Sherrod, Steven Sherrod and Alexander Sherrod. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
