She is survived by: her former husband Emmett Lockhart; her son James Lockhart; her mother Phyllis Clement-Morgan; her brother Todd (Tiare); her nephew Justin (Caitlin); her niece Madison Clement; her grandchildren, Angelina, Javonte, Javion, Janya and Harmony Lockhart; and her stepsiblings, Wendy, Russ and Clint Morgan.
Cindy was preceded in death by her Father, Calvin Clement; Grand parents Morain and Mae Clement, Grandmother Lexie Parkinson, step-father Don Morgan, daughter Melissa Lockhart, and son Karl Lockhart.
