She is survived by: her children, Marjolein Tonks (John) and Cees Kalkman (Cathrine); her brother Jan Groenendijk; her sister-in-law Gre Kalkman; and her grandchildren, Michael (Stacie), Jason (Jennifer), Emily (Kyle), Rachel (Wyatt), Matthew (Brittnee), Benjamin (Roni), Camille (Dillon), Craig and Melissa (Josh). She is also survived by her 11 great-grandchildren.
