He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvia Gooch and David William Gooch; his wife Bonnie Gooch; and his stepson Clay Call. He is survived by: his sisters, Gail Gould and Shirley Silva (George); his significant other Karen Behning; and his daughters, Lori Frasure (Richard), Jane Jensen, Joan Howard (Bill), Kristi Olson, Stefani DeLeonard and Tami Hicks. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
