He is survived by: his wife Glamae Griggs; his children, Jennifer Griggs, Heather Griggs Jones (Jason), Shane Griggs (Whitney) and Jared Griggs (Katie); his grandchildren, Mason Shipley, Polaris Shipley, Jaymyn Griggs, Justice Griggs, Zenidine Griggs and Xavi Griggs; and his siblings, Thomas E. Griggs (Carol) of Winona, Ohio and Karen E. Cawthon (Mark) of King George, Virginia. He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews.
