He was predeceased by: his wife Thelma A Siebert; and his stepchildren, Larry Sealock and Shelly Sealock. He is survived by: his son David L. Siebert, Jr. (Kathaleen) of Holland; and his friends, Nancy Lucas and Thomas Seaman of Idaho Falls. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
