He was predeceased by: his parents, James Monroe and Nell Butler Latimer; and his siblings, James Monroe Latimer II and Carol Ann Wickstrom. He is survived by: his wife Marrion Dianna Latimer; his children, Donald Jason Latimer Sr., Brandon Wayne Latimer, Heather Dianna Latimer and Dunn (Jared); his grandchildren, Donald Jason Latimer Jr. (Billie), Kendall Monroe Latimer (Teyah) and Jeremy Wolfgang Latimer; and his great grandchildren, Camden James Kopp, Trevin James Cole, Oliver Rhys Latimer, Monroe Roman Latimer and Atlas Grey Latimer.
Viewing was held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wilks Funeral Home - Chubbuck (211 W Chubbuck Rd, Chubbuck, ID 83202). A graveside service was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Aberdeen Cemetery (2651 Aberdeen Rd, Aberdeen, ID 83210). A celebration of life was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the LDS Church (3444 Hawthorne Rd, Pocatello, ID 83201).
