He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Smith and Ruth Smith; and his sister Marcia. He is survived by: his wife Marie Smith of Pocatello; his children, Jon Smith (Anna Lisa) of Evanston and Julie Weick (Eric) of Pocatello; his sister Joan Broderick (Bob) of Vero Beach; and his grandchildren, Payton Osiensky (Christopher), Gabrielle Weick, Lauren Smith, Ryann Smith and Nicholas Weick.
A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony's Holy Spirit Catholic Church (524 N 7th Ave, Pocatello, ID 83201). A burial will be held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 11:30 PM to 11:00 AM at the Mountain View Cemetery (1520 S 5th Ave, Pocatello, ID 83205).
