He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Blanchard and Gladys Cottrell. He is survived by: his siblings, Jack Blanchard, Joy Hulet and Nancy Grisamer; his children, Barbara Blanchard Housley, Marvin Blanchard, Judy Blanchard Mortensen and Sandra Blanchard Houghton; and his wife Anna Lou Blanchard.
