He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph and Allie; and his brother Joey. He is survived by: his sister Julie VanLeuven (Nicholas); and his aunts and uncles, Betty Farrington, Rachel Hobbs, Audrey Hadley, Sandy Canida, Don Hadley, Harvey Canida, Bill Canida, Jack Canida and Allen Weathers.

Family appreciates prayers and loving thoughts but at this time services are not going to be held so please do not send flowers.
