With sadness, we share the passing of Gene Morrison (Pocatello, Idaho). Gene, born on January 7, 1941, passed away on November 1, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Morrison and Lucy Morrison; his siblings, Dorothy, Ronald, Bill, Joyce and Linda; his nieces and nephews, Terry Morrison, Jimmy Morrison, Richard Morrison and Nathan Frei; Jesse and Harriett Wardle.

He is survived by: his wife Laverne; and his children, Lynn Morrison, Danny Morrison (Tammy), Eric Morrison, Jay Morrison, Jon Morrison, Alissa Clifton (Lyndon), Kevin Frei (Amy), Becky Criddle (Roger), Trina Frei (Charlie Roberts) and Barry Frei (Larene). He is also survived by grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

Viewing will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the LDS Bannock Building (5425 Bannock Hwy, Pocatello, ID 83204). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (5425 Bannock Hwy, Pocatello, ID 83204). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Riverside Cemetery (1175 7th St, Heyburn, ID 83336).
