He was predeceased by: his parents, Christy Joslin and Juanita Joslin (Steadman); his wife Linda Sue Roberts; and his brothers, Jimmie and Gary.

He is survived by: his siblings, Shirley Allen, Sharon Satterwhite, Sue Hawkes (Lowell), Pat Garcia (Marc), Derrell Joslin of West Linn and Larry Joslin of Pocatello, Idaho; and his pet Jasper. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
