He is survived by: his children, Katie Derie (Rich) and Josh Tonks (Katie Lynn); his grandchildren, Dylan Derie (Mackayla), Dalton Derie (Melody), Dawsen Derie, Bailey Tonks and Chelsie Tonks; his great grandchildren, Maelynn and Evelynn Derie; and his siblings, Steve Tonks, Carole Irish and Gail Taylor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
