In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Katherine had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Katherine may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Keyes and Hattie Keyes (Coleman); and her siblings, Jack Keyes, Jeraldine Keyes Lewis and Mary Keyes Guy.
She is survived by: her husband Fredrick Marvin Winter; and her sons, Jack Douglas (Wendy), Marvin Eugene (Lynn), Monty Carl (Janet) and Douglas Eugene. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
