She was predeceased by: her parents, Arvilla Peterson and Melvin Peterson; and her siblings, DeVearl (Louise Peterson), Neal Peterson, Winnetta (Alvin Parker), Genean (Ray Matthews) and Renee (Bill Whitehead).
She is survived by: her husband Michael E. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.
