He was predeceased by: his father Vernal T. Hoff. He is survived by: his wife Tammie M. Hoff; his children, Crystal Hoff Gibson (Matthew), Brady Hoff (Megan Browning) and Brandon Spencer (Meagan Kelsey); his grandchildren, Grace, Caleb and Kathryn; his mother Wanda Jeppesen; his sisters, Julie Russell (Evan) and Cindy Thompson (John); and his brothers-in-law, Casey Cox (Shelley) and Shaune Cox (Annie). He is also survived by 7 nephews, 3 nieces.
