In the vast expanse of eternity, Richard shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Richard farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his wife Verginia Anderson; and his grandson Austin Armstrong. He is survived by: his sister Kay Breithapt; his daughters, Laura Waterman of Port Orchard, WA, Pamela Murray of Bainbridge Island, WA and Kimberly Armstrong of Katy, TX.; and his grandchildren, Rebecca, Justin, James, Naomi and Courtney. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
